Breakfast was good, but the location was not great. Everything else was fine… Mrs. Rosa was top for hospitality and generosity 🤩.

I was greeted by the lovely Mrs. Rosa, but almost everything else was disappointing. The renovation was unfinished—when we booked we were told we’d get a different room, yet another room appeared after booking, and that one even looked better in the photo. The air‑conditioning barely worked, the room was very dark because it’s on the first floor and the window faces another guest room instead of the street. There were no plates, cutlery, or kettle; you have to ask for them, which is not something the host prepares for future guests. Unfortunately, once we booked we couldn’t cancel (unless you’re willing to lose all the money), so we had to stay there and it ruined our vacation. The only bright spot was Mrs. Rosa.

A very good stay: the room was clean, the bed comfortable, with air‑conditioning and a small fridge. It’s close to the bus that goes to the old town (about 10‑15 minutes by bus). A beach is 15 minutes from the apartment. The person living in the house is very friendly and smiling. We recommend it!

“Schoon appartement, goede airco, heerlijk bed en 20 minuten van het strand.”

The place was super clean, had good air‑conditioning, and the bed was wonderful. Even though it’s on a busy street, traffic didn’t bother us. The beach was just a 20‑minute walk away. The location was a bit less convenient, but not bad. What annoyed me was the one‑way traffic on the side of the property; the owner can’t fix that, but it meant we had to drive extra.

The room was lovely, the hosts were very helpful and easy to contact if needed, everything was perfect!
