The night and morning shift staff and the breakfast area were very friendly. The toilet and bathroom were in poor condition, lacking a shower head, with a broken tap and extensive wear on all corners and edges. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The most positive thing was that the reception staff promptly brought two fresh sheets after we complained about unclean bedding on the first night, and the staff at the small breakfast area were very nice. The breakfast area itself was clean and pleasant.

The location was nice, and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was fresh and meticulous. The room décor, especially the toilet and bathroom, were neither clean enough nor tidy. Silicone had mold, the sink was clogged. The bathroom was split from the toilet, and the water from the bath flooded the toilet area. There was no shower head that let me wash my hair before showering; only a ceiling shower existed. Rooms had no refrigerator, and even water was not provided. One bed had a comforter, the other a quilt; we had to ask for an extra comforter.

The hotel’s location and good breakfast were appreciated, and the staff were attentive. Ongoing renovations were noticeable; after two days we were moved to a less comfortable room where the sink was clogged. There were no doors to the toilet room, and Wi‑Fi problems persisted.
