Only the location was good. The services didn’t match the photos and description. Despite the coffee machine being shown in the pictures, it was missing. The kettle didn’t work, nor did the kitchen. The host was not very helpful to the guest.

A lodging of visible quality; refined in the details and… an extremely comfortable bed!

Super central and clean! They advertise “Luxury,” but it’s just a normal B&B; a bottle of water in the fridge (which costs only a few cents) would have been nice. The check‑in timing was too rigid, and there’s no luggage‑storage service, not even paid.

The spot was convenient, with many restaurants close by and easy walking to Piazza Maggiore and the train station. We only got two bath towels and no hand towel. The kitchen had dishes but no dish towels or a drying rack for used dishes. The locks were a bit tricky, but we managed.

The spot was great—everything from bus and train stations to luggage storage, restaurants, and shops was within walking distance, so we could wander all of Bologna on foot. The downside was that the ground‑floor apartment let in a lot of motorcycle noise at night, but it didn’t bother us too much.
