From the moment we reached out, through the check‑in, to the worry about our arrival time, everything was handled with care; Ane was exceptionally kind and attended to us with great hospitality. The chalet was very comfortable, and the communal kitchen had every utensil we could need. The place felt peaceful, safe, and tranquil, and when we return to Florianópolis we will definitely book again. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.
