We stayed at Le Spine while walking the Via Francigena in September 2026; arriving drenched from a storm, we were greeted warmly and given a beautiful, luxurious room. The front and rear views of the building were spectacular, and we slept soundly with the windows open, hearing deer call from the mountain. Our vegetarian 3‑course dinner (€18) was excellent and the healthiest meal on the entire trek. Breakfast was also amazing, made with gorgeous produce from the garden. I can’t recommend Le Spine highly enough—thank you! Everything was excellent.
