Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
The food was great, varied, and generous; the pools were nice with plenty of loungers; the bar and restaurant staff were SUPER KIND AND AVAILABLE. However, we had issues with ants and rust‑colored water supposedly due to the waterworks being maintained, and with a little girl we had to shower with water bottles; the international entertainment felt a bit too French for Italy, and there was little child‑friendly activity (an Italian baby dance would help).

We booked Janna e Sole Resort trusting the advertised amenities, especially a private beach 550 m away and an all‑inclusive plan. In reality the beach was misleading; we were told it would take about 20 minutes via shuttle or a small train, passing several roads, information we didn’t get when booking. We chose the hotel for easy, quick beach access, but the “private beach” was approached by street vendors, far from the quiet image the hotel presented. The all‑inclusive was disappointing: by 16 h the bar offered mainly mini‑burgers, mini‑hot‑dogs, fries, and onion rings, with almost no vegetarian options. The room fell short: the sink was clogged on arrival, the safe was broken and unusable, and the room entrance was a muddy path. We have photos and videos of these issues. Faced with these surprises and the gap between what we expected and what we found, we left the hotel a few hours after arrival to find another place.

Three pools available, including a splash pool; loungers at the beach and pool are included in the price. The setting is pretty and well maintained, and the staff speak English, French, and Italian. The music was loud all day at the pool (10 h‑18 h), the beach wasn’t child‑friendly (deep quickly and full of algae), and a shuttle (8 min) is needed to reach the beach, which stops running from 12 h to 15 h. There is no beach right next to the hotel. The kids club is basically a drop‑off area with no real activities. Buffet food is typical of all‑inclusive (lots of options but low quality). Pool hours are 9 h‑19 h. There’s an extra 7 € per person per day for “activities” plus a 2 € per person per day tourist tax.

Only the bartender Andrea provided excellent service. The reality was far from what their website and ads described: non‑existent football fields, to get to the sea you had to take a makeshift train that took at least half an hour, and umbrellas and loungers were unavailable, so you had to sprint to the beach. If you wanted to return, you had to wait until a certain time because the train didn’t run before 15 h. So you stayed under the sun and heat without shade or a lounger because they were gone.
