The room was clean and nicely furnished, having been renovated a few years ago with love; it had a nice bed, clean bathroom, and everything needed, but unfortunately the restaurant was closed on Sunday, which we didn’t notice in advance.

The price‑quality ratio was solid and the hotel was easy to reach from the motorway, plus they were pet‑friendly. However, the dinner service felt a bit impersonal and rushed, and the lady at breakfast made it more than just a routine.

The staff were welcoming, the place was immaculate, and the food felt like a Michelin‑star restaurant to me. We were upgraded to a room because we weren’t told about the extra 20 euros per dog, even though we arrived with two dogs, and the staff gave our pets treats. Still, everything was a bit pricey.

The welcome at this hotel was excellent, and overall it’s very pleasant and well maintained; you feel at home. Its location right at the France‑Germany‑France junction is great for exploring the area, especially the Maginot Line. Nothing to complain about.
