The hotel staff were very friendly, especially Gloria who made a big difference during our stay. The breakfast, though simple, was delicious—probably the best coffee we had in Cusco. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the location was perfect, close to the center with plenty of options nearby. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work well in all rooms, and sometimes the hot water was scarce.

The location was close to the Plaza de Armas, tours were offered at attractive prices, the staff were friendly and available 24 h/24, breakfast ran from 6 h to 10 h and was a good full breakfast, Wi‑Fi was good, hot water and a comfortable bed, and it was possible to leave luggage before check‑in and after check‑out. The room was small and the bathroom sink was very small; bring earplugs for outside and inside noise.

Excellent location, an amazing view, and very kind staff. When I checked out at 5:00 am to head to Machu Picchu, they had already prepared my lunch box even though I hadn’t asked for it 😊👌🏻

Very friendly people, great location, tasty breakfast. Water quantity and temperature were 10. The place was very noisy outside, and the room was very small, as was the bathroom.

Good location and price. The beds, floors, and doors made a lot of noise, and the sound carried from one room to another.
