The location was great and we enjoyed the local cuisine, while the staff were courteous and helpful. Like many hotels, there was only a single key for the room, which was inconvenient because my wife and I wanted to use the hot spring at different times and needed two keys. Also, the dinner buffet cost ¥3,300 per adult, which felt pricey; we probably would have eaten elsewhere.

The location was good. The dinner buffet was disappointing, the bedroom’s air‑conditioning was old‑fashioned and couldn’t be adjusted, and the shop’s selection was poor.

The onsen and the room both had lovely views, making for a relaxing stay, and the meals, especially the fresh sashimi, were delicious. The only drawback was that we had to go down to the shop on the first floor to buy beer and similar drinks.
