The location and parking were very good, and the lobby and lounge were great! The sides of the shower stall were too high, making it hard to step in or out without catching a foot or knee on the edge. We didn’t want to use the spa items in the tub. There should have been a warning to put the bathmat under the sink before using the shower. The bottom of the tub was extremely slippery and could easily cause a fall. The single ceiling light in the bathroom wasn’t bright enough for shaving.

No breakfast was offered, but the nearby Den had a great selection. The room was noisy, which isn’t the hotel’s fault, just what it is, yet the location was excellent.

The lakefront spot is unbeatable – absolutely gorgeous.
