I had no issues with booking or check‑in, but the room temperature upon arrival was low.

The beds were very comfy and the minisplit worked great, but the hot water was only lukewarm.

The reception girls were very attentive and helpful, the breakfast had sweet bread and coffee which were good, and the AC in the room worked well. However, the bathroom smelled like mildew, the shower area was blocked, and the whole room had a drainage odor; we endured it in room 131.
