Lovely hotel in a great location just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Ypres; breakfast was excellent and varied and the hosts were always helpful; the hotel is very clean and the rooms were comfortable and spacious, would stay here again, great value for money. I wasn’t keen on having to walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom but it was okay; the fridge was noisy but it was on a timer so went off around 10pm; would have liked newer towels but they were well laundered.

The staff greeted me warmly and the place felt like home. Its location is great—just a short walk to the station, the station car park with plenty of EV chargers, and the city centre. Breakfast was tasty, freshly made, and varied each day. The decor and furnishings are eclectic, which might not suit everyone.
