Very friendly receptionist who spoke with us in detail and gave us a room upgrade. Parking spot in the inner garden. Elevator secured with your room key. View from balcony on sixth floor of the Danube and one of the big bridges over the Danube. Great varied breakfast. Location right in the center near a large bus and tram stop.

Everything was fine, no issues except the room lacked a refrigerator. We were checked in earlier than 15:00.

The only thing that bothered me was that the linens and towels were dirty and stained, almost disgusting to use and sleep on. The bathroom was full of long black curly hair, making me feel nauseated, and the room felt semi‑dirty as if we had taken over a filthy room. The front desk guy was the only decent and friendly person, but I didn’t want to mention the mess to him. We will never stay at this hotel again; it only earned a maximum of one star.

The location next to the Danube is wonderful, and it’s opposite the MMB hotel that easily and quickly takes us to the city center. The hotel offers free 24‑hour hot coffee and chocolate. The mattress and pillows provided a very good and comfortable sleep. The breakfast was basic; I’m sure they can do better. The bathroom had a clogged shower head.

Good location, very good breakfasts – everyone finds something for themselves. The air conditioning is terribly loud.
