The location is very accessible, just behind the main road, and offers good value for money, but there were cockroaches everywhere, the room wasn’t cleaned unless you asked repeatedly, there were no towels, toiletries, soaps, or hand wash, the bathroom toilet had no water early in the morning, and the intercom phone didn’t work—you have to step outside and shout to reach housekeeping.

The staff are good, but the room maintenance in terms of cleanliness is very bad. The location is also good. There were cocroches and insects on the bed and in other places, which is not expected and makes the rooms feel very unhygienic.

The staff were very helpful and the room was spacious. There were many restaurants, vendors, and stores nearby, and the bathroom had an Indian style that I could experience. A ceiling fan and an air conditioner kept the room cool, letting me sleep well. The closet had two drawers with keys. I could order food from the room, but I didn’t use that service. I couldn’t pay by credit card at reception after midnight; they only accepted cash, OYO, or an Indian payment app for people with Indian bank accounts. I found small cockroaches in the room.

I had a truly exceptional stay at this hotel, with a very pleasant atmosphere that made my visit truly enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. However, I did notice a few minor issues with the cleanliness of the room, which slightly detracted from my stay.
