The breakfast, lunch, and dinner selections were wide, the pool was nice, and the staff were helpful; however, the sheets had stains, the floor where the toilet was attached was moldy, and there were no facilities within walking distance.

This business hotel is decent and offers good value for weekend stays, located 30 minutes from the Bali ferry crossing; it’s comfortable and adequate but offers no boutique charm, and it’s convenient for night‑time climbs of Ijen.

The hotel staff were very friendly, always smiling and greeting guests, the security at the entrance was swift, the food was tasty, the hotel was very clean, the 24‑hour Balinese music on each floor created a Bali vibe, and the Wi‑Fi was strong throughout; the only downside was that the room felt a bit small for the price I usually pay at other hotels.
