This is awful! A hotel like this should never be offered to users or clients! Apart from the receptionist, everything else was terrible.

We had booked a hotel twice as expensive as Turan, didn’t like it, searched for another, and found Turan. It’s in the city center, clean and cozy, with excellent staff—special thanks! I usually enjoy scrambled eggs and fried sausage for breakfast, so I can’t say the breakfast at the hotel was bad, just that my preferences differ.

A small, cozy hotel that has everything you need and stays clean. The shower had a sewer smell, the restaurant smelled like a cafeteria, and a fresh renovation would help.

“Hospitable, spotlessly clean and offering everything you need and more”

I really enjoyed staying here for many reasons: the staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful, especially Dilyara who always made sure I felt comfortable; the rooms were bright and spotless; everything needed for a multi‑day stay was available; the location was great—close to the train station, a park, and many good restaurants and cafés; the hotel’s own bar/restaurant served good drinks and food, and in summer you can sit outside; I’ll definitely come back because this place is an outstanding, spotless, hospitable example for other hotels to follow. Thank you!
