The front desk staff were outstanding, so friendly they told us exactly where to have breakfast and lunch, and both restaurants turned out to be absolutely lovely. The two guys at reception made our stay memorable, and I've never encountered service like this in any other hotel.

The location is superb, close to everything – could not have been better. The staff are very attentive and cheerful. The room was spotless and faced straight onto Sol Square. The building is old but has been renovated inside, and the sound insulation is excellent. We even had a small balcony.

The location is unbeatable for seeing Madrid. The reception staff are charming and very helpful, the best I've ever met. I loved everything.

The room looked exactly like the photos: clean, bright, and comfortable. The bathroom was also modern, very tidy, and had all the necessary amenities. The location is great—on the square, the metro is literally two minutes away, and the fridge already had water inside, showing a very client‑oriented approach. Reception staff were smiling and polite. Overall, a pleasant experience. If you’re staying in Madrid, I’d book near Sol instead of Gran Via because this spot is quieter, more comfortable, and less crowded. Everything was liked.

The staff were very friendly and the location was good. The fridge and hair dryer didn’t work.
