“Utterly disappointing”

The place has a good location, clean surroundings, a bakery and laundry inside, and the apartment itself is modern and comfortable. However, as an apartment it fails entirely: there are no cooking utensils, pots, pans, dish soap, or a sponge, and you can’t even make coffee or tea because there’s no water boiler, coffee machine, or salt. It’s a complete mess for a place that advertises itself as fully equipped. Essentially it’s just an overpriced hotel room—you can’t use it for cooking, so if you want to prepare food yourself, avoid it and just pay less for a regular hotel room.

The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and bars, the staff are friendly and very helpful, the bed is great, and the cleaning service is fantastic. There’s really nothing to complain about.

The staff and cleaning were good. The only issue was the church that keeps singing all the time.

“Fantastic hotel in Medellin”

Everything! The hotel is spotless, rooms are cleaned daily, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very pretty, and it’s very close to everything. We’ll be back!
