Excellent hotel! Wonderful staff, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Very big, clean and comfortable room. Peaceful and zen atmosphere. Nice Sake tasting experience. Perfectly located between Hiroshima Station and the Mazda Stadium. Quiet neighbourhood. Highly recommended!. Lack of power outlets in the room, I could find only 2 though more are in the bathroom

The room was huge, so we could open two big suitcases at once; it was family‑friendly with child amenities, and the tatami room was safe for kids.

The location is quiet and central, close to the station. The room is very new and spacious. No complaints.

The place is fantastic—absolute silence, perfect after days of travel; I finally slept without earplugs. The room is roomy, clean, and the location is great, near the station in a quiet area. If I could, I’d give it 11/10.

The staff were courteous and the room was reasonably spacious, though the service felt a bit inexperienced and the television was mounted unusually high.
