The experience at the Imarin cottage in Aït Bouguemaz was excellent—authentic, calm, and warm, perfect for exploring the beautiful valley. The welcome was friendly, the setting stunning, and the atmosphere truly lets you disconnect and enjoy nature. A wonderful address I highly recommend for a pleasant, refreshing stay.

Ibrahim is an amazing host who fed us well and gave us plenty of regional tips, including hikes to try while staying here. The site is fairly remote from the main road, which gives a unique, quiet vibe. If you’re after authentic Moroccan village life and a true escape, this is the spot. The road to get there is a bit rough, but a normal car can handle it easily.

Ibrahim’s warm reception and friendly nature made a great first impression. The breakfast and meals were outstanding, and the setting was gorgeous. This was the best lodge of our trip… Nothing to add.
