Hotel Grace

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at; I had already prepaid for the room, but there was no fan, no water heater, a bad smell in the room, no chairs, the bed and blankets were not clean and had a foul odor, and the water was too salty—please avoid this hotel.

The owner was friendly, but the staff was lacking; near Taj Mahal and the port, the washroom flash was not working, the TV was broken, there was a dirty smell in the room, no drinking water, the water was very hard, and you would check in at night and check out at 12 pm, and other staff asked for extra money.

The staff at this hotel really made my stay special - they were super friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process a breeze. However, the washroom and floor could use a bit of an upgrade, as they were a bit grimy and could've been cleaner. Overall, it was a solid choice, and I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel's staff were super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference in my stay. The room was a decent size, which was a plus, but unfortunately, the cleanliness was a major letdown. The washroom was particularly grimy, which was a bit of a shock. Still, the rest of the hotel was fine, and the staff's good attitude helped make up for the cleanliness issues.

“Enjoyed”

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the noise from the street was a real issue. The staff were super helpful when I checked in late, though - they sorted me out with a room right away. The dinner meals were seriously impressive, like the ones I had at that one restaurant I've been raving about. The room itself was a bit small, but it was spotless and had everything I needed.
