“The perfect ending for a cruise to the South Pacific.”

Everyone was kind and courteous, ready to help with everyday matters. After checking out, we stayed on the property for another four hours; they held our luggage and arranged a driver to the airport as promised. The location was beautiful and offered every amenity and luxury advertised. We loved everything!

“Hotel is beautiful...staff is uninformed”

I didn’t have breakfast, but the location was convenient to the airport. I asked for an electrical converter at the front desk, but they said I had to buy one. The store had none, and at checkout I saw many converters in the front desk drawer for 220 to 110 for Americans, yet the receptionist I spoke to was unaware.

“Beautiful restive resort, good location”

The grounds and building were stunning, and the shop was close enough to walk for essentials. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with eggs cooked to order and both indoor and outdoor seating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, featuring a balcony large enough for two chairs and a small table. Staff were very attentive. The hotel also served as a pickup point for the excursion we booked and helped us get to the marina for a trip to another island, saving us the hassle of arranging a taxi. While breakfast was outstanding, the Italian restaurant’s food was merely average and not exceptional. My husband’s dinner (a pasta dish) arrived cold; he returned it, and it came back slightly warmer but still not hot, which seemed odd.

“Great getaway”

The rooms were fantastic, and I enjoyed having my own pool and a stunning beach view. The restaurants were solid, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
