I love the hotel’s terrace and rooftop‑style restaurant. The hotel itself is beautiful. I didn't like how basic the hotel was; my AC unit wasn't working, so it was a bit hot in there, which I strongly disliked. After checking out, I checked into the Cantera Diez.

I liked how clean everything was; they actually clean daily. The room they gave me had only bathroom ventilation, which opened straight onto the hallway, so it was poorly ventilated—exactly what the site and photos didn't show.

The view of the Cathedral was fantastic, and the staff were courteous with a friendly reception. Sometimes the internet connection dropped a bit.

The location was great, right across from the Cathedral, with a bar on the side and a restaurant at the front lower level. Everyone on the staff was very friendly.
