This place is heaven, we both did not want to leave. We were lucky enough to have 1 on 1 service and the weather was amazing. Helen and her team did an amazing job of greeting us on arrival and looking after us both until we left. Nothing was too much trouble and it felt like being a VIP to me. I have stayed in a lot of places around the world but this is the best. We had the 5 course dinner which was so special and cooked to our specification along with some amazing wine. If you only had one day left on this planet this is where I would like to be!!! I can say no more. That I had to leave. We will be back and stay for longer and do some water activities next time

I had an amazing stay here - the hotel is beautiful, the staff are super friendly and accommodating, and the views and facilities are top class.

The food at this hotel was exceptional, the chef is clearly talented. My only gripe is with the windows, there are no screens so when we opened them to get some sea breeze, bees flew into our room.

We loved the views from our room and the big balcony was a bonus, with a tree nearby that had some Tui birds living in it. The walk to the Lookout and kayaking were great too. That said, the pool was really small and just for kids, and the sunbeds were all taken by families. The food was a letdown - we asked for special dietary requirements and were ignored, and it took ages to get served. The staff were lovely but seemed to be missing some training.
