This riverside property features a tour desk, laundry service, and shuttle service, along with complimentary Wi-Fi. It's a 2-minute drive to Nam Ou Bridge and 20 minutes to Pha Tok Cave, with Luang Prabang Airport a 3-hour drive away.

The private bungalow was lovely, air‑conditioned, and located well on the river, yet still easy to walk across the bridge to town. Breakfast was delicious, generous, and freshly cooked, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing else to note.

The place was fantastic, right by the river with a great vibe. It isn’t luxurious, the bungalows are basic, but they have everything you need and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is a must‑try, both local and Western dishes are excellent. We stayed in house number 4 and the house has a Tokeh Gekko that comes and goes, so occasionally a little poop on the floor can happen.

It’s very clean, full of charm, and the view is magnificent. You can rent a small boat and go fishing or see the waterfalls, which I strongly recommend! We loved sleeping there, and breakfast was really good. The only downside was that the restaurant was a bit expensive for eating there.

The rooms are roomy and pleasant, with a balcony overlooking the river, a sense of complete separation, air‑conditioned and ventilated, a good breakfast, and helpful, welcoming staff. No complaints.
