It’s close to the station and near commercial amenities, but the ventilation fan makes the same annoying noise as elsewhere.

Very clean and spacious.

The room was very clean and excellent, and the light snack service was also appreciated.

There’s no need to worry about sound leakage or anything like that. I was turned down for coffee at the front desk in the morning; if they were going to refuse, they should at least leave a simple drip coffee setup in each room. The staff member who helped the day before let us use the coffee machine, so the difference was clearly a matter of individual service. I left feeling annoyed, checked out, and bought coffee at the nearby 7‑Eleven.
