The location is great, the room is a lovely size with natural light, and the bed is comfortable with nice linen. There were no problems.

The room and its mini balcony are great, and the bed is super comfy. The lighting feels too dark, and a fan would help since the shower makes the room steamy.

Everything was perfect: the welcome and the friendliness of the staff, refreshments available all day with cold and hot drinks, biscuits, pastries and fruit. The room was spacious and pleasant, the hotel was fairly quiet for downtown New York, close to the subway. Breakfast was simple but complete, with bread, pastries, fruit. The service people were very pleasant and always available. Thanks to the whole team for their professionalism. Nothing to complain about; we’ll come back if we return to New York.

The reception, the entire staff who are always attentive and pleasant, thanks to the whole team. The hotel is very well located near transport and all conveniences. Breakfast was hearty. The room was clean and the bedding superb after hours of walking… essential to start a new day. I recommend this hotel and if I ever return, I’ll stay here again. The only small issue is the carpet in the room, but it’s a detail that may be bothersome for some people.

The location, friendly staff, and snacks/coffee in the lobby are positives. The place feels somewhat dated but it’s clean and of good quality.
