The bed was soft and the room was set up nicely. Jonathan answered my arrival question and gave me a false impression that early check‑in would be possible if people were leaving that morning. When I got there, I learned I had to wait until 2 pm. Habib was kind that day, so I didn’t cancel; he let me freshen up. The next day, after my interview, Jonathan told me I could come back and change after the interview because I’d left my bags behind. It was 33 °C, and I was coming from cold Melbourne. When I returned after the interview, Jonathan said I had to leave and couldn’t even use the toilet. It was a hot day and I just needed to change and remove my makeup. That was it, but again Jonathan gave me false information and I had to leave. I was traveling by overnight train, so the whole experience was even harder.
