The bath was never cleaned with ammonia or bleach, so you can still smell something that it is cleaned properly; there were black molds on the sides of the bathroom. It had a kettle but no cups or utensils. The lamp was only a design piece because it was half broken. You really get what you paid for. Clean your property properly, disinfect or change all your beds and linens, and charge the person properly. We are suffering from your eagerness to earn money. What if I sue you for the bed bites that you’ve caused my husband? Luckily it’s not my son. You should be reported to the hotel healthcare management. Your B&B is really not well maintained and has health risk issues.

The room was very neglected, the curtain and bed sheet were torn, and the bathroom floor was broken. During the shower the water soaked the entire floor. No breakfast.
