Lovely property. The hotel is very nice, but the breakfast could use potato or soda bread on the fry.

The hotel was very welcoming; the staff, especially the two bar staff, were friendly and sociable. The double bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in, sized properly as a double rather than a cot, which has happened in other places. The room was spacious, the shower was great, and everything was very clean. The location is perfect, right outside the front door, across the street and through the quayside shopping centre straight into the main shopping and bar thoroughfare. There are also many lovely cafés nearby for afternoon refuel. I must mention the Harp Tavern directly across from the hotel at the corner; the food was exquisite and the manager was a lovely lady who was very accommodating. We parked at the nearby Hotel Glasshouse on our first day but booked the Address carpark for the rest of our stay. We were so pleased with the Address that my husband booked an extra night, which is unusual unless it’s a spiritual trip to Knock Shrine and he thinks an extra night might be good for me. Excellent stay, I’ll return and recommend it to family and friends.

There was no room service, even for simple items like tea bags or milk. TV streaming did not work.

The location and staff are fine, but the room is too small and there’s no breakfast, so it’s not good value for money.

The rooms were modern and roomy, and the staff were helpful. The location was great. Parking was advertised as available, but no one told us it had to be booked beforehand. When I got there, the car park was mostly empty, and they told me I couldn’t enter because the spaces needed to be pre‑booked. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere before or during my stay.
