A view extends from the Standard Double Room, complemented by air‑conditioning and free Wi‑Fi. The room sleeps two on a double bed, offering a tile/marble floor, desk, fan, clothes rack, seating area, hand sanitizer, telephone, socket by the bed, wardrobe, and both satellite and cable channels on a flat‑screen TV. The private bathroom includes a toilet, bath or shower, free toiletries and towels.

The only positive I found was the number 3, but cleanliness was a major issue.
The manager told me to cancel the room because he couldn’t offer it at the agreed price; I had paid Rs. 2100/. He then demanded a cash payment of Rs. 2400/. I refused to cancel, so he assigned me a room somewhere 9 km from the booked hotel, a place with no name and presumably a service house. There was no water facility, the room was tiny, and my kids suffered greatly. I’ve learned a hard lesson from this.

I had a terrible experience. The reception staff told us the rooms were not available and asked me to pay Rs. 2000 to secure a room, so I paid after feeling confused. Later the receptionist told me to cancel the booking, yet Rs. 1844 had already been deducted. The rooms were smelly and filthy. I would not recommend O EVa residency near Wonderla Cochin. The hotel manager and customer service were awful, and the rooms were in bad condition—apparently they might have been used for something else. I’m going to the police station and contacting the media to expose these people. The toilet flush also didn’t work.

The rooms are also equipped with modern amenities such as excellent AC, a Smart TV, Wifi, and hot water. Everything about this place is good, making it a highly recommended choice for anyone looking for a great experience.

I had booked Hotel O eva, but when I arrived the property said the booking wasn’t in their database. They sent me to a nearby hotel and claimed I had to pay the amount. I tried customer care but found no emergency support in India. After much searching, I finally got to chat with customer care abroad, who understood my issue and arranged a refund, which I received. I’m unsure whether the problem was with the hotel management or not, but I felt bad.
