“Very comfortable , great location”
We were greeted with a warm welcome and the staff kept our luggage until check‑in. Every floor was reachable by lift, and our second‑floor room featured a small balcony overlooking the ramble right in town centre, so the location was spot‑on. Just steps from restaurants and shops, everything was convenient. The room itself was roomy, with plenty of desk space for our belongings and shelves below for shoes and bags. The wardrobe had interior drawers and ample hangers for tops, dresses and trousers. The beds were very comfortable, the entire place was immaculate, and housekeeping came daily except on Sunday. We had a genuinely pleasant and comfortable stay, would recommend it, and would definitely return. A handy café/bar on the first floor served good food and drinks, and the accommodation offered good value for money—though it wasn’t cheap, it was worth it. There was honestly nothing we didn’t like; everything was fine for our stay.
