I was impressed by how beautiful the accommodation was.

Unfortunately, our booked room was already occupied by another couple and their dog when we arrived, which meant it wasn't clean and ready for us. Despite the hosts' efforts to resolve the issue later, the room wasn't suitable for us due to our allergies to dust mites and dog hair. We had to leave with our two kids and dog after a long wait, unable to use the accommodation as planned.

The location was lovely, nestled in a wooded area, but I felt the price wasn't justified by the quality of the accommodation. The room was quite pricey, but the comfort level was lower than expected, and the proximity to the toilet block meant there was a lot of foot traffic. Additionally, the reception area wasn't clearly defined, and the room had large skylights that let in a lot of light, but didn't have curtains to block it out.
