The hotel is gorgeous, the staff are always friendly and attentive, and the dinner is superb. Breakfast is also plentiful and excellent! I felt very comfortable and can't find much to criticize. The host family is always present and takes great care of guests. The only drawback is the mattress, which is quite firm; I tend to prefer very soft mattresses for sleeping.

I had an amazing time at this hotel - the staff was so friendly and attentive, it felt like they really cared about making sure I had a great stay. I would definitely go back here, everything was just top class.

I loved staying here - the vibe was super cozy and the staff were really friendly. The indoor pool was a highlight, with awesome massage jets, and the mountain view from my room was stunning. Plus, the ski bus stop was right outside, which was a major win for me.
