Clean, cozy, quiet, polite staff, good area. The only downside was that we had to search for an iron for a long time.

Nothing. I arrived at night after a flight, my room was cancelled? No one called or sent a message to confirm; I was told rudely that I didn’t know, and they said I was working there for 3 days and told me that.
