We spent one night in this sleek, modern hotel where the staff were cheerful and the facilities were great; breakfast offered a wide variety in a lovely dining room with sea views, and a special thanks to Bryan for taking such good care of us throughout the stay.

I liked that the breakfast changed every day, the staff all wore pleasant smiles and felt very welcoming, and the scent in the room was quite interesting.

The staff Cường, Ly, and Dương were enthusiastic, friendly, and fully supportive. The pool was spacious.

The reception staff and the breakfast staff were always friendly, and we enjoyed the small pool. The omelettes at breakfast were good. The sound insulation between rooms was really bad – we had a couple who arrived around 3 am and fought until 4 am, only reconciling at 5 am, and the same happened when doors slammed in the hallway. We asked for two rooms next to each other and that was arranged, but we had clearly indicated 3 children and only 2 were accounted for. We were told a surcharge was required for an extra bed, yet this was not clearly stated on the website. Breakfast lacked originality – it was always the same with no variety in fruit (no guava or dragon fruit).

The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Bryan, Sunny, and Lyly. The location is great, and the room was clean with impeccable service.
