The Wi‑Fi wasn’t working well, but that’s the only issue.

The view of the river was magnificent and the room was spacious; the front‑desk staff were very friendly and helped with tours, restaurants, and taxis, but the carpets in the corridors and rooms were stained, dirty, and worn out—by 2026 it should be parquet or tiles in a hotel; the Wi‑Fi was unusable.

I was very disappointed; the place was filthy—carpet in the bedroom, bathroom, soap scum, bedding, blanket with blood stains, old seat cushions—overall the cleanest was the worst.
