Very clean, nice bedding, and the bed is very comfortable. The view is great, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They should maybe specify which rooms have balconies and which don’t, as the gallery is a bit misleading.

The bedroom was spacious and the view was great, and I liked the soft bed. However, the aircon wasn’t working, and when I called housekeeping at 21h00 there was no answer. The bathroom and its accessories need more attention; the sweetie jar was full of empty sweetie papers. I didn’t like that I could hear the neighbor’s room, and the street noise was bothersome.

The view of the property is amazing, overlooking the golf course in Bellville/Tygervalley and the mountain range. The room I received wasn’t the one shown in the property’s pictures, but it still has a great view. The aircon didn’t work, and when I asked for it to be fixed they claimed it was, only to find out it was NOT. The room costs R1600.00 with no breakfast, which is perplexing. Even though it’s a self‑catering place, there were no pots for cooking your own food. It’s also frustrating that the current reviews about the property are hidden on the back page, which feels deceptive.

The owner wasn’t there to open the door, so he sent his son to do it. The guy came out irritated, and when we had a few questions he just wanted to walk away.
