The breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh products, which I really liked. I booked a non‑standard room that turned out to be very spacious with a very comfortable bed, and because it’s situated in a park, there were no external noises. The staff were very friendly. The bathroom, although modern and clean, lacked enough space to put a toiletry bag and other items, which is a pity given how large the room is. The sound insulation between rooms could also be improved.
The location was great. The cleaning could probably be better.

I argued with the night‑shift girl upon arrival because she treated me poorly and then turned off my air‑conditioning unit; I had to pretend everything was fine while the reception threatened to cut my unit off because I didn’t want to file a police report or call the Carabinieri. Eventually she turned off the unit in both rooms; I changed rooms, tried sleeping without air‑conditioning, and when she saw I was moving to room 10, she gave me a third room with a functioning unit. The hotel is old, my boyfriend who is an electrician feared the building might catch fire because everything was poorly wired, and the place seemed dangerous, like a sinking ship. Take the first floor for safety. I didn’t sleep the first night because the location was formerly a prostitution spot, and the building’s roof was a mirror that had been raised; it was ridiculous. The hotel is essentially a motel, and it was previously a prostitution site that never got renovated. If you’re religious, you shouldn’t stay here because of the curses and potential danger.
