Even though I booked a single, they gave me a twin room with a view of the Shinkansen, and the staff were extremely helpful, but the building showed its age, there was no large public bath and the tiny unit bathroom in the room felt cramped.

The location was good. The unit bath was clean, but the smoke room’s deodorizing was a bit lacking.

The front desk staff were very natural and even helped me find packaging for a courier shipment, which was a relief, though on the first night the shower barely produced water and was unusable, while it worked fine on the second night.
