Right next to Palermo’s central station, so everything was super close. The room was cozy with a small bathroom, and the owners were incredibly kind. I’d definitely recommend it. The only downside was the occasional noise from the station and street people, but that’s not a big deal.

We stayed just one night because the room was near the Centralbahnhof. The host was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were fine—no air‑conditioning, but we didn’t need it. We were disappointed because the breakfast shown in pictures wasn’t offered; we only got coffee, a glass of juice, and pre‑baked goods in the hallway. A table with four chairs was used by several guests, which we didn’t expect. The room only has a bed, and the toilet and shower were added later as a “badkabine” in the room. We had low expectations, but the mismatch between the promised breakfast selection and what was actually available let us down.

We spent two nights there; the breakfast was sweet, which suited us both. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The historic centre, harbour, everything was within walking distance, about 1 km. The price‑quality ratio was great.

The place was clean and that was good. The owner and his wife were very courteous, making the stay pleasant. It’s also close to the station. The only issue was the stairs, which were a hassle with heavy luggage.

The host was always attentive to our questions, the breakfast was very good, and the location was right in front of the train station. They let us leave our luggage until we left, and it’s close to the centre. It’s an old house, like most places in Palermo, simple but with what you need. We stayed only one night, but it met all our needs.
