Silvia at reception was the brightest! Boss, please award her a bonus!!! She was very helpful and gave all the information and tips! The room is normal, the AC works, the Wi‑Fi flies! Near the hotel there are many great places to eat! I just can’t get used to the fact that some rooms have no windows; it’s inconvenient.

The hotel was spotless, which is a big plus in my book. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was top priority for the staff, and it showed. I was a bit worried about the noise from the street, but it wasn't too bad.

The hotel was pretty cheap and had a great location, which was about the only good things I can say. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was making a weird rattling noise, there was water standing in the shower, and the toilet was only usable from the side because you'd bang your knees on the wall otherwise. And to top it all off, the hand towel and pillowcase were dirty. The noise from outside didn't help either.

I was really impressed with how perfect this hotel was, but I have to say that the facilities were a bit of a letdown. They were good, but not quite up to the high standards I'd come to expect.
