The hospitality was excellent, as were all the services. The Colonial coffee and breakfast were very tasty!

The breakfast was good, nothing to complain about. It was just a fine, hassle‑free start to the day.

The staff service and location were good, but three things disappointed us: the wall in the room that faced the shower had mold, they installed air conditioning after the curtains were put on, so the curtain only closed partially, and the worst part was that from Saturday onward we had no hot water while the city temperature was around 15 °C.
