“Overall ok, the property owner was very humble.”
The toilet needs to be cleaner, and the water flow is very poor, but the view from the hotel room was really good.

The view from the top is great, and there are cheap restaurants a short walk away. A bike rental spot sits across from Coconut Coffee, but you have to assemble it yourself. The windows have gaps and the door bottom lets in Mui Ne cockroaches; I killed three during my brief stay. Bathroom cameras are a problem, and the bathroom window should be replaced with glass to fix that. The price was high for Tet, and I didn’t find a better deal for this level of accommodation. It’s a 1* hotel, not 2*, and the fridge was moldy and disgusting. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable but barely tolerable.

The owner was very friendly and the view was beautiful. However, the room was dirty, there was no room service, and the window was broken—someone could have broken in. The location was poor, offering only tourist restaurants and no authentic Vietnamese food.

There was nothing to call an hotel: no reception, no welcome message, and after two days I still hadn’t seen an adult manager. On arrival you have to call to get a young woman to show you to a room that has absolutely nothing—no paper, no bathroom supplies, no water. The receptionist was on her phone and couldn’t answer basic questions, and she would bring you three toothbrushes late for your scooter appointment. I’ll never see her again. Some rooms are rented out, which made a neighbor very unpleasant because he monopolised the kitchenette. Cleanliness needs improvement. The atmosphere is just… blah.
