The room was clean enough, the beds were spacious, and there was a bit of noise between the door and hallway; the corridors and other facilities were reasonably clean but a bit outdated. The staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was adequate but could be better for a 3‑star hotel at that price. The pool water looked stale, and the pool and terrace were poorly maintained and old.

Breakfast offered a wide variety, including sweet options for European palates; the bedding was comfortable, the room was clean and quiet, and it was close to the historic center (under 15 minutes by taxi or Grab). Many restaurants of all kinds were within walking distance. The pool was actually very small and had no lounge chairs.
