For a pet‑friendly motel, there was no pet odor and the place was clean, plus a cooked breakfast of eggs, sausage, potatoes, etc., was a nice bonus; the location allowed walking to restaurants and Trader Joe’s, but the pet fee was not disclosed on the website and we were charged over $60 for two cats for one night.

The manager tried to overcharge me and my reservation never got saved. My single request was ignored, then she overcharged me, ran my card twice, and ultimately billed my bank $1000 for two nights at a discount. I’m furious and very disappointed with the service.

The breakfast was good and the AC worked. However, the place gave off creepy motel vibes; when I asked for a downstairs room, staff refused even though there were open rooms, making me feel unsafe.

Such a lovely property—looks like a motel but operates like a full‑service hotel. The staff were efficient and friendly, and the place was obviously very popular, fully booked during my stay.
