The location made it easy to get around Stratford, the rooms were clean and warm, staff were excellent, the food was very good, facilities were solid, and everyone was friendly and helpful—nothing we were unhappy with.

The spot was great, just a 10‑minute walk from Stratford centre so no car was needed; rooms were lovely, the host was friendly from arrival to departure, breakfast was delicious with ample choice, and the atmosphere was very friendly—everything met our needs and expectations.

The stay was very welcoming, perfectly positioned to explore Stratford over a weekend, and the host Tim was helpful with local knowledge and suggestions—definitely a place I’d return to if I’m in the area.

The location was good and the breakfast was adequate and nicely cooked, but the bathroom needs a little TLC and the back of the toilet wasn’t very clean.
