General location, cleanliness. The pillows were uncomfortable, and on the 6th floor in room 601 there was a ventilation opening probably above the window, producing a constant repetitive noise loud enough to bother you during the night.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, but there was no electric kettle.

The place was clean and the staff worked diligently, but there was no reception desk, everything was online, and there was no kettle.

I had no positives, only a negative about the administration’s mentality.
