I absolutely love that my room didn’t have carpet—I’m very particular about that! The breakfast was very minimal with no hot foods, and there was no source of entertainment in the “breakfast room”—no TV or music—making the “enhanced experience” very bland. Next time I’ll take my food back to my room, ignoring the posted signage.

I didn’t like anything. I was tripled charged and now I have to spend my week trying to work with my credit card company to get this fixed.
