The location, facilities, and staff friendliness were excellent. Breakfast was simple but of good quality. Overall everything was very nice.

Everything was very clean. Maybe the layout was an issue; in my room I could hear the main door opening every time, and I wondered if it was my own door.

The facilities are pretty and clean, and the staff are very friendly. Only the noise—it's not that the place is loud, but you can hear guests coming and going, so we should keep our noise down.

The place is charming, peaceful, and sits right in the heart of Condesa, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed stay.

I was nervous because it was my first time staying alone in a hostel, but I didn't feel unsafe or worried about anyone checking or stealing my belongings; I chose a women‑only room, went to a concert, and everything went smoothly. I asked the staff about using the kitchen and they were very friendly. The person who welcomed me gave me a tour and explained everything, and when I checked out there were no issues at all. The bunk beds squeak and the wooden floor creaks loudly; when I returned late I was concerned that the people sharing the room might be disturbed, but aside from that everything was fine. I definitely consider this a safe alternative for future trips. Oh, if they could put a sign in the bathroom indicating OCCUPIED/UNOCCUPIED, it would have been easier because sometimes people didn't respond or the bathroom was not actually occupied.
